We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of Asia and certain remote regions.
International Shipping
For international customers outside the EU (excluding Asia and certain regions):
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Chic Plage Boutique purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy is designed to be as smooth and stylish as our collections.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bonnets Profonds
- Body garments (direct skin contact items)
- Sale or promotional items
Special Note: Armatures, Bustiers, and Swimwear may be returned only if they maintain their original packaging and tags.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will send you an email confirmation and initiate your refund:

Exchanges
